Return & Refund Policy

Due to COVID-19 we will not be accepting any returns for the safety and health for you and our customers, until further notice. Queens & Kings will ship to the address listed on the order form. Any packages returned back to us will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. We will not refund for any wrong information (name, address, phone number) provided to us. We send every customer a tracking number when shipped. Once your package leaves our hands we are not responsible for it. If your package is lost, stolen, delayed or damaged please contact USPS to file a claim with them. If items arrive broken, is the wrong item, or not the size chosen by you, you can contact us and send us pictures for proof.
